Order & Payment Methods

Thanks for shopping with us! If you’re looking to place an order over €500 please send your order to order@johnny-doodle.com. For anything less than €500, you can order through our online store. 

  • Add the items you would like to purchase to your basket
  • After adding the items, click through to ‘purchase’ 
  • Fill in the data needed for the invoice to finalize the order. When you’re done, simply click ‘place order’.

If you’re placing a business order, you’re eligible for a B2B discount. Use your account dashboard to let us know you’d like to become a business client using the form. We’ll review your request and if accepted, you’ll receive B2B prices automatically. This way it’ll be cheaper for you to buy our products and resell them! If you’re ordering over €500, we offer the possibility of buying for wholesale prices, directly from the factory. Please get in touch via order@johnny-doodle.com to discuss the possibilities.

If you haven’t finalized your purchase yet, simply change the amount of items in your basket by clicking the – and + buttons. If you have already finalized your order, it’s not possible to change the amount of items. 

Unfortunately there’s no possibility to change your order after it’s finalized, which means you will have to place another order and pay the shipping costs again. However, if the order is above €15, the shipping costs (if delivery address is based in the Netherlands or Belgium) are on us! 

Once you have confirmed the payment method and received the confirmation through email, it’s no longer possible to cancel your order.  

We accept payments through iDeal, credit cards, Paypal and Klarna. 

We will send your order to any address, excluding PO boxes. 

Once you have placed and paid your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation through email within a couple of minutes.

First of all, please check your spam folder. If the confirmation is nowhere to be found, please get in touch with us through our contact form. 

Delivery

Orders with delivery address based in The Netherlands and Belgium that are placed before 10 PM, will be sent out the same day, provided all items are in stock. For orders outside of The Netherlands and Belgium, the average delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

Belgium: 1 business day
Germany: 1-2 business days
France: 2-3 business days
Luxemburg: 1 business day
Austria: 2 business days

The shipping costs depend on where you would like to get your order delivered.

Shipping costs for orders under €15 are €3,95. Free shipping for orders above €15

BE

Shipping costs for orders under €15 are €7,50. Free shipping for orders above €15

DE

Shipping costs for orders under €15 are €7,50. Free shipping for orders above €15

FR

Shipping costs for orders under €15 are €12,50, for orders above €15 costs are €7,50

LUX

Business clients ordering through the online store have different rates for shipping costs.

You can change the delivery address before you finalize your purchase. Click ‘send to a different address’ on the order page and fill out the address where you would like the order to be delivered. Click ‘next’ to save. The new delivery address will be shown on the order summary.

If your order is incorrect or incomplete, please get in touch through our contact form, or send an email to webshop@johnny-doodle.com. We will work out a solution as soon as possible! 

We have a maximum of one delivery address per order. If you would like to have items delivered to different addresses, you can put in different orders and have them delivered separately to the addresses of your choice.
