Unfortunately our products cannot be returned. We are committed to guarantee our products’ quality. If your order is somehow damaged, has a defect or contains the wrong products, please get in touch with info@johnny-doodle.com. 

If your purchase is damaged or otherwise not up to standard, we will provide a solution free of cost. Our goal is to keep the quality of our products as high as possible, so please let us know if there is anything you’re not happy with.

If you return your purchase because the products were damaged or had a defect, the full amount will be refunded. 

Send a photo of the item to info@johnny-doodle.com and we will refund the purchase free of cost.

Unfortunately it isn’t possible to exchange your products. Would you like to test our items before they hit the market? Get in touch with us through our contact form! We appreciate and value your opinion.

Your money will be refunded within 5 business days. If the payment was done by credit card, it takes up to 14 business days on average for the money to be refunded.
