Ingredients: 72.5% milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), 15% apple-cinnamon pieces (apple, cane sugar, citric acid, cinnamon, preservative: sodium metabisulfiet), 6.5% biscuit (wheat flour, sugar, butter, salt), 5.5% raisins (raisins, sunflower oil), 0.5% cinnamon. Cocoa solids: at least 32%. May contain traces of: egg, nuts and peanut.
Milk Apple Crumble Pie
Sugar unfused Fuji apples, combined with buttery biscuits from Italy and the structure of Thompson raisins. All dusted of with a rich amount of Kassia cinnamon, sprinkled on a milk chocolate couverture. The flavour of apple pie is carried by the creamy biscuits and couverture chocolate, so the apple pieces and raisins are taken away by the wave of the melting chocolate in your mouth. Which gives this chocolatebar the perfect balans between a creamy sweet but also fresh contrast.
This bar is a tribute to ‘grandma’s’ apple pie recipe, but with a modern Johnny twist. Where both world of the pastry chef and the chocolatier come together.
